-Returns-

With the exception of seller error, all sales are final. No refunds

-Turnaround Time-

The time it takes to make a freshie/decal or custom sign is 1-2 weeks or less.The time it takes to make a shirt is 1-2 weeks or less. Excluding holidays and weekends.

-Shipping-

All shipping is through USPS. After items are completed you will be sent a tracking number, please be patient for all shipping information to load as it usually takes 24 hours for the system to update.Please make sure that the address is filled out correctly during the checkout process. Caitlyn + Co. is not responsible for an incorrect address delivery. Caitlyn + Co. is responsible for all orders up until they are turned over to the post office, after that the post office is responsible for all orders. Caitlyn + Co. is not responsible for items that have become lost or stolen in the mail, please contact your local post office should the aforementioned occur.

-Pick Up-

All local (Giddings, TX and surrounding towns) orders are available for pick up. Pick up days will be discussed with customer. In order for this to be possible please choose "PICK UP" in the shipping section during the checkout process and you must contact Caitlyn + Co. for pick up address.
